If you are accessing our mail server through a SAMnet DSL or the SAMnet National Numbers, you will need to configure an extra mail setting for authentication.
- Open Outlook Express.
- Go to Tools then Accounts.
- Select the mail account you want to modify, then click the Properties button.
- Click on the Server tab.
- Put a check mark in the box labeled "My server requires authentication".
- Click on the Settings button.
- There should be a black dot next to "Use the same settings as my incoming mail server".
- Click Ok.
- Click Ok again.
- Click Close
You should be able to send and receive mail now. If you have problems or get an error message, try the following:
- Open Outlook Express.
- Go to Tools then Accounts.
- Select the mail account you want to modify, then click the Properties button.
- Click on the Server Tab.
- Change the OUTGOING Mail Server name to mail.pageblvd.com
- Hit Apply and then Close and try again.
